「Pattern Overview: STCR」

Knowledge of the Gestalt responsible for each Neural Pattern may provide insight and warning signs for members of AEON to look out for in Replika models. Due to the sensitive nature of this information, this document must be destroyed after reading.
As the urban population of Heimat and Rotfront began to stabilize, a pressing need arose for a Replika capable of organizing and effectively deploying the growing number of Starling units, whose internal hierarchies often led to squabbling and internecine conflict in deployed squads.
A warden within Sektor L, 'Julia Gao,' was determined to fit the needs of the Replika well.
Born on Heimat, Julia and her family become first-generation Rotfront colonists after its establishment in Year-40, forming part of the Nation-loyalist core of the new population. Julia's father, working as a member of the Protektoriate prior to the creation of the Starling, became one of the upper leadership of the Rotfront Protektoriate, which seemingly acted as an inspiration for Julia.
While not bearing a criminal record of any kind, multiple reports highlight Julia's predilection for rapid violence and aggression during her time at polytechnic schools. The reasons are not relevant to this document, however the capacity for aggression was considered positively for the Replika's stated needs.
After the establishment of Sektor L and the beginning of Julia's employment there, she was commonly considered one of the most strict and violent of the Sektor's wardens, though decently liked by Starlings operating there given her reliability and straightforward nature.
It is unclear as to whether Julia bore any mental illness, and it is not relevant to this document.
Pattern Manipulation has been unable to materially alter the capacity for violence Storch units display upon their creation, though has been able to weaken its initial strength upon activation. It is recommended that all new Storch units receive a mentorship in patience by a veteran Starling unit, however if notable aggression is required due to local needs this step may be skipped.
