While an 'Organ' fulfils much of the same duties as a 'Ministry,' there is a difference in that an Organ finds itself subordinate in-entirety to the 'Supreme State Organ of Power,' which has no limit on its powers except those that it establishes itself.
Unlike many traditional Aristo/Absolutist states, the SSOP and thus the 'state at large' often feels the need to derive legitimacy from popular representation.
The SSOP, however, is not often a decision-making body, but instead more a display of political unity. It can often find itself highly representative of the 'people,' due to its position and given its nature as a unifying force. It meets rarely; once every several months. It is not intended to truly decide and vote on policy, outside of amendments and the like, but instead assure the populace that the state is a unified force against all issues. In this way, it cannot be separated from the political entity that operates it.
For this, performed is the 'division of labour,' with three forms of Organ created that each bear a quite-high degree of independence: the 'permanent organ,' functioning commonly as a legislative body under many, many possible names; the 'executive organ' which functions as a broader administrative entity, under which lays the many ministries, departments, and administrators that are required for a modern nation-state; and the 'party organs,' which find themselves often acting as oversight bodies for the political entity that backs the SSOP.
This understanding is key so as to know how the Nation is structured.
In this position, AEON would neither be a 'permanent' nor 'executive' nor 'party' organ of any kind.
Instead, it would find itself subordinate as an Organ of the Executive, and it is in this we can gain a grasp of how the Nation is structured.
There must, be at least, two Organs, being governing bodies of some kind, directly AEON; an overarching 'executive' and then the 'supreme state,' with the 'permanent' being legislative, parallel, and untouched by the authority invoked by AEON outside of that granted to it by the Executive Organ.
Thus, in total, there must be three of supremacy to AEON. The Supreme, the Executive, and the Permanent.
We shall call these organs:
The 'Supreme Revolutionary Organ of the Nation,' or ORON.
The 'Administrative and Executive Organ of the Nation,' or VEON.
The 'Constitutional and Legislative Organ of the Nation,' or VGON.
