What is an ARAR?

ARARS serve as the nation's workforce in relations to industrial expansion and maintenance. These worker bees are responsible for the structural and mechanical integrity of facilities all around the system. They are responsible for munitions manufacturing, warehouse organisation, monitoring the power grid, facility structural inspections and general maintenance.

ARARS are excellent engineers proficient in several fields, such as; Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, thermodynamics, plumbing, welding, and manufacturing. You as the player are not required to be as proficient as the ARARS in their respective fields. Instead, find ways to overcome challenges in these tasks by thinking outside the box, doing what you think is logical, or simply researching the topic (which is encouraged, but not required)


How do I roleplay as an ARAR?

ARARS are perfect for those who have never played a Replika unit before. While they are pretty low on the command chain, they are still filled to the brim with roleplaying opportunities. There will be several members in your cadre who are either new or experienced, and it is recommended that you work closely with them if unsure of how to go about things. Any sort of maintenance or industrial roleplay can be done however feels more comfortable to you, so long as your roleplay is realistic, logical and not rushed.

Disclaimer:

If you are unfamiliar or do not feel ready to pick up a Protektor class yet, it is highly encouraged that you play one of the Worker classes first, such as an ARAR, EULR, or MNHR. Spending time as a Gestalt as well helps in understanding the environment around you, and lets you play free of a Replika's behavioural and physical boundaries.

As an ARAR unit, behavioural deviations are more forgiving in the sense that they each can have their own personality that is shaped by the players and/or their environments, however the more your character deviates the closer they will be to Persona Degradation. Be mindful of this, but do not allow it to stop you from developing your character however you wish.
