Hravnskar is the federal capital and largest city of the Skorvann League, occupying a deep natural harbour on Hravn’s southern coast. Government offices, shipyards, banks, foreign legations, and naval institutions crowd its waterfront and upper city. It is also the legal and commercial center of the League’s registered mercenary trade.
