You raise your catalyst and target a creature or object you can see. A shining star of cosmic force falls from the sky unto the target of your choice. The star emits 1280 feet of bright light, and 4000 feet of dim light beyond that, illuminating the sky and all around it in a blueish glow.
You choose the velocity of the star’s fall, with a minimum of 1 turn, or a maximum of 10 minutes. The star falls at the end of your turns.
The star seeks out its target, and will phase through any obstructions in its path. When the star collides with the target, the star explodes in a 20 foot radius. Creatures inside this radius make an Occult Saving Throw, and take 9d6 + OCU + DIV Divine damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success. Creatures that fail the save are also Blinded and Deafened until the end of their next turn.Fallen stars are often seen as a divine sign, whether they be blessings delivered upon those in need, or wrathful blasts of punishment and scorn.
