The Magistar College of Vestuvia, more commonly referred to as The Institute of Firsts (or TIFs), is considered the world's top institution for learning. While their claim to fame is wizarding magic, their graduates including famous wizards like Merlin and, begrudgingly, Silverwind, they also teach bards, martials, adherrents, herbalists, and healers amongst others.
