A lithe strangely pale human woman with a frock of ashen blonde hair. Seemingly afflicted with some sort of injury across their face that shifts and bleeds brilliant opalescent light from the eye and through tiny cracks and striations that stretch across the cheek. Often accompanied by her familiar Glint, a tiny fractal mote of light and shifting aetheric glass.
I accomplished something. It felt amazing.
I told Viola about Him. | |
Viola cooked us crab. It was delicious.
I imagined a familiar like the others.
I realized something true about myself.

I learned about a new, albeit confusing, way to love someone. I still don't entirely understand it, but that's okay. Maybe later.
I saw His face again for the first time since I escaped. And I learned His name. "Aurick Faeora-Ul’drishyn." I don't think I could have done any of this without all of them.
I have even more to think about, now that we know who is going to the Royal Wedding, and I don't know where to begin or who to share it with.
I tested a limit today; I let myself get hurt. I knew I wouldn't like it, but I think it was important to familiarize myself with the sensation. And it was for a good reason. We saved the Queen. |
