helped Ryo and Cipher quit their jobs. May have became a boss? investigate further. Eldra gave name of druidic conclave to help close Feywild rift. traveled to conclave; learned more about Cipher's history and magic. Cipher is worried about their 'creator' (not related to O) and is confused about their self image. We are more alike than they realize. Druidic conclave offered to help us. We got sucked into Velshadrel. Two members of the conclave perished. Velshadrel was created, and we do not understand why. Investigate further. successfully solved the case, but at what cost? saved the festival but lost two people. was it worth it?

went to Dunscaith Harvest Fesival. introduced Cipher to alcohol; they prefer sweet drinks. Ryo Yurrigoji eats like a beast. Greeble won a pie, plans to share it with group. strange Fey creatures attacked the festival--we defended and destroyed them. Cantevor Peken was upset by this, thinking we broke a contract. defended ourselves, there may be more to the contract than we thought. We have been given a mythic calling--I have followed the path of the sage. We have focused lenses, and are apparently destined for greatness. We have been tasked with finding Bernard's Bones to see if there has been a breach of contract with the Mistwood Masquerade

worked with Cipher and Corynn to research the Bernard Bone contract. found potential loopholes in contract--must find Bernard's Bones and original contract. to do so, we must follow the mistwood masquerade, who are nomads who travel along the shifting leylines in breythalin. Greeble signed us into a contract with a fey lord without our consent. he may have good intentions, but like any user of the arcane, he has no sense of anyone but himself and his goals. despite his cute demeanor, he has no qualms about speaking entirely for us and signing us onto the whims of a magical entity. i was a fool for trusting these people to be different.

i yelled at Greeble and went back to my place to cool off.

I apologized to the party for my outburst, but Greeble already ran away. Ryo almost attacked me. Cipher asked him not to touch me like that. We went to the druids and completed a gauntlet of trials, and then they sent us to the Feywild. We will now search for Greeble there.

journeyed through the Feywild. Solved a riddle, Erynn sold a dream for a scarf, we fell under the influence of spores and arrived at Greeble's location, his Druidic circle. We fought plants: Yellow Musk Thralls. Cipher seems upset with Greeble, and is upset that we have to spend longer in the Feywild searching for the The Mystwood Masquerade. I should make sure they're ok. This place is one of confusion, it is anti-logical, and filled to the brim with dangerous magic.

reconciled with Greeble. traveled to cave with broken instruments. Greeble, Ryo Yurrigoji and Cipher do not think of me as broken; they do not quite understand me yet. I hope they do not discover. We helped the composer in the cave. We fought the Maskeater. It attacked me and I tore out its mask-stalks. All of these masks and mask mentions keep reminding me of Illiago. I want to leave as soon as possible. We helped a trapped memory with a ritual; Ryo Yurrigoji and Corynn understand Sarevok. They have heard that Viola is my chosen name. They have not brought it up in front of the others yet, but I worry that they will in order to gain something from me. Cipher healed me twice today, bringing me back from the brink of death and helping wrap up my bleeding finger. She doesn't know how deeply the second act helps. Gave Ethira (sp. ?) the name Mischief Aru'vaelen, student of Onirian. We arrived at the The Mystwood Masquerade and must now choose masks and roles. Marvelous; another mask, another role.

I am a jester. No one takes me seriously. It hasn't been this bad since I was a child. I shared the name Antoine Ja'roth as a regret. I haven't spoken his name is years. Cipher spoke a silent regret which I very purposely ignored. I am curious, but they want to be secretive, which I can respect. Greeble found Bernard's Bones, so we stopped the charade. Corynn gave up a memory of their mother. I revealed about my 'husband.' I never want to see him again. Cipher lost being remembered by their friends. I wish I could make people forget me instead, but instead I am remembered and must reveal secrets about myself and my past, being emotionally slutty. Through these sacrifices, we gained Bernard's Bones.

The masquerade falls apart. To save the masquerade from a cruel fate, we must put on a show. We solve puzzles, we fight crabs. Cipher likes crabs.

We fight a Draugr. Greeble keeps opening doors. I get angry at him. Corynn steps in. I do not understand. Although Greeble is a child, this is life or death. I do not want to be like my parents. I am telling him not to put himself in danger, not to press forward without backup. But I am still doing it wrong. Also, I got a monocle. It's divine. But I must make a choice--do I remain as who I have created? Or do I hone myself into what the Master wanted, but as a force for good?

We get back to Cyorion! Cantevor Peken dissolves the previous accord, and informs us we are hailed as Heroes of the Spiral's End. Unfortunately, being known makes subterfuge and down-low knowledge reconnaissance difficult, so I must resort to old tricks to get information. I learn about Erynn's mother, the leader of her roost, and of Cipher multiple facets. Apparently, they may be a vessel for many Ciphers. The more the merrier? Cipher regrets that they may not be able to help them all. I revealed my past with Antoine Ja'Roth. Cipher said that she does not believe I am a terrible person because I became what Master wanted of me. I disagree, but her faith ignites a desire to do better.

Ryo Yurrigoji left because I betrayed him by revealing his whole name to the fey. He was standing right in front of me, and it was the first name I could think of. With how many names I have gone by over the years, I forget how one name can hold so much power. In my experience, the name holds power to the self. Viola Ta'Rohj means freedom to me. It is my name, but it is not the name that the Fey could own me by. Of course the others would go by a name that is dangerous for them. I judged Greeble so harshly, yet I, without magic, did the same thing due to a privilege I alone hold.

Anyways, we shop around town. I improve my cane and purchase a book on parenting. Corynn seemed to understand how to discipline children, but I do not. His wisdom makes me feel that I would be a terrible mother. I paint the door to make it more difficult to enter. Others think my fear is anxiety. It is not. My fear is well-earned and well-deserved. If I can have an extra instant before the door is inevitably breached, I could save my own life--or Cipher or Greeble's, now that we share a domicile. As the end of the warm month nears, we listen to the ghost stories. Eldra Moonsigh believes these stories hold a mote of truth. I wonder what lurks in these fields of Dunscaith besides us?

we do research. Cipher has a new outfit. they look good. we investigate creatures known as Wickerborn. they wear masks and mimic voices that their victims know. any connections to doppelgangers? after research in Eldra Moonsigh's house, the waystones in the forest, around town, and in the town hall library, we were attacked by two shadow creatures. They dropped a fancy cane that I procured. why do they need canes? further research required.

Wickerborn is meant is keep secrets sealed; from Duskreach. We learn that in a nearby village, Grethlyn Hollow, people have been going missing. We follow lead. Learn about the twins, Erynn and Corynn, are eclipse born and blessed/cursed. During their coming of age, when they got their powers, something went wrong. We arrived in the village, investigated, and prepped for the wickerborn. Corynn attempted to meld our minds together, but something went wrong. Perhaps it was my aversion to the arcane, or to mind-reading magics. Upon seeing and studying the wickerborn in the flesh, I realized it was vulnerable to personal painful truths. Corynn revealed he does not trust his sister. I wonder how far that distrust runs. I was doing poorly, blood ran from my eyes from its psychic reverberations, so I panicked and said too much. I told them of my fear of blood, how Dmitri and I dueled and I crippled myself, and that I fear I will be forced to become someone else again. the wickerborn wore dmitri's face, during that duel at the KVLA. it was not his face to wear.

wickerborn has strange mask -- gave to Eldra Moonsigh to look into. Told Cipher and Greeble about my time at the KVLA and Dmitri's duel and how I destroyed my ankle. They told me that I don't need to follow my parent's wishes for learning wizardry. I knew that, especially since I broke off from them and my husband and my brother, but... hearing that Cipher and Greeble appreciate me for me and love that I love what I love. is nice. Erynn and Corynn argued in Strix in the wagon. We came back to Dunscaith and learned of a new 'cryptid,' the Hollow Kin. Now, New Years!

We research the Hollow Kin. Greeble gets his mind emptied by one for nearly half an hour--shaking rigorously brought him back. Erynn had a short--yet frightening--encounter with a strange reflection at the Reflectory Ruins near Dunscaith. We researched as much of the Hollow Kin as we could and found that there maybe a triangle of strange, cryptid activity. We go to the town seemingly most effected by these Hollow Kin. Cipher asks me if I still distrust magic. I told them yes, because I had seen what powerful mages can do, and what lengths they go for power. However, that is not entirely correct. Magic is magic--I distrust those that manipulate the arcane. Living in the O, witnessing Dmitri and Master and Father and the lengths they would go. I had the belief that those who use the arcane will inevitably be corrupted by it and the pursuit of power. I do not distrust Cipher, though. I do not know if it is their unwillingness to harm or to perform magic, or merely their wholly kind demeanor. They make me rethink. I dislike second-guessing myself; it leads to slowness on the battlefield and hesitation on a case. Why do I trust Cipher? Why do I want to trust Cipher? I teach them some of the psychic magic theory I remember from KVLA. We arrive in town and learn how to summon the Hollow Kin. Names of those we have lost or abandoned. It'll soon be your birthday. I miss you.

We fight the Hollow Kin down by the river. it steals my face, shows me as Avamar's housewife, makes Cipher cry, makes Erynn stab me (owes me coffee), and nearly kills us because it was really lucky and we kept missing it. Cipher killed it by obscuring and bothering its reflection. tomorrow is your birthday. you are always on my mind. i cannot imagine being the perfect housewife, especially to fucking Avamar, but being a mother may be nice. Maybe, one day.

We learn of Corynn's past beau, a Khatian named Prasaad. He got defensive and lashed out at me. I took a breath and walked away. Then I celebrated your birthday with Cipher. I miss you, I miss you so much. I hope you will forgive me, should I ever see you again. Cipher floats when sleeping sometimes? Erynn felt awkward--I talked to Corynn, and he apologized. He asked about my brother. I told him what I could remember about Dmitri, but I don't think he noticed how I never spoke of his appearance. We began research on the Streambride, who does not like it when people abandon their spouse. ~wonderful~ i am so excited for this. if i hated the hollow kin showing me as lil miss housewife, i am not looking forward to what she'll have to show to us. hopefully, her ass kicking will be swift.

more investigating the Streambride. Darius gave us a note that was falsified--from the 'Assembly'. When investigated, this assembly sent three individuals to try to accost Erynn said: 'keep chasing ghosts if it makes you feel brave; the Assembly appreciates the distraction.' Chimera is sleeping with a spider-person. Many shapeshifters on this side of the world. More than believed, assuredly.

i still am not excited about seeing a lady who is mad about people breaking vows. I left Avamar for a better life, to go to school. I don't love him; i never loved him. he was a responsibility that i took on for my family. for Dmitri. so Mother would be sated with an heir. i left them with my husband's name, but no eldest daughter and no heir. if i could have, i would have 'divorced' him. does the Streambride understand this? will she feel malice or sympathy towards my plight?

worst of all, Avamar was not even the largest of my troubles in Eterna. I did not care for him, one way or another. if i ran into him tomorrow, i would not panic. the same cannot be said of Father, Mother, or Master illago.

...if i ran into Avamar tomorrow, i would probably beat him with my cane and serve him divorce papers.

we did some shopping around town. i confided in Cipher about my fears of the streambride and Avamar -- yes, stupidly, i said his name aloud. hopefully nobody was listening. never revealed his last name though, so hopefully that buys privacy. we did a ritual that opened the way to the drowned temple. as suspected, the streambride had it out for me. joy of joys. she drowned me. apparently both erynn and cipher gave me mouth to mouth??? whyyy do i have a theory on what Cipher tastes like??? (sweet, since most of their diet consists of sweet foods)

between drifting off in the water, i saw you. you held hands with Cipher. you were both at peace and happy and safe, reading a chapter book together next to the fireplace. i hope this death throe may yet become a reality. i did not expect to see you in that temple, my dear. that was a place i expected to see avamar and broken vows. not the one i broke all my vows for.

travel back to Dunscaith with streambride's mask. Greeble blamed himself for my near-death experience, and then called me curmudgeonly (sp? common is an odd tongue). He's become so mature over the past month that I've known him, yet he still retains that child-like mischief and wonder. We helped Eldra Moonsigh do a ritual to find the gate to Duskreach, and the rest of the rookery fought off an emissary of our enemy while I helped her complete the ritual.

Then, Erynn and I got matching tattoos. Mother and Master Illiago would be so angry with me for spoiling my skin with such marks, but it is my skin to do with as I please. I am reclaiming what was once their property as mine. Erynn chatted with me on our way to the gate. She believes Corynn will hold a festering anger against her for taking him from Prasaad and for needing him. She thinks herself as his protector, and whenever he protects her, she thinks of it as some failing on her part. I understand; it is easier to blame oneself and hold oneself accountable for events beyond our control than admit that we are victims of circumstance.

I confided in her that i was once a member of a cult and my true age (25); she had interesting thoughts on elves' near immortality versus the ephemeral lives of the Strix and how that has affected her own worldview. We decided that we would change together and work on being more open, trusting, and kinder together. She then found a circlet randomly in a bag and said she 'may or may not have' gotten it from someone.

We arrived in the city of Kalviset . Rumor about a rich woman looking for good mages to do something -- keep an eye on who responds to that. Erynn made a kid piss himself Haha. We travelled to the lantern district, seems the Assembly is dangerous and knows about us. I wish to refer the favor. They chased us out of the district, and we are headed towards a warehouse that has symbols around town leading towards it.

"the nachtgates lead both ways" on a mirror Greeble, found Ryo in prison/dungeon - he looks worse for wear and is also a Kitsune. Nachtshade assembly, planning something in Gelnara, a coup for a wedding, magistrate's reflection is perfect, even his wife couldn't tell, assembly takes orders from the Veiled Choir, only heard voices from mirrors, portable Nochtgate - rumor, some agents moving like puppets not men, something about fog - the bleed,

Ryo in Calvisset for two weeks, went to Eterna, Cipher knows about Buroz the Conqueror, Yyrgoji clan inventing things for the purpose of healing and extending life, bright life--time stood still, Cipher has been in Gelnara and owes a favor to someone there--Ralthier, Ryo has been around for ages--remembers old Eterna from wayyyy back when, Ryo is 32, I feels guilt over Ryo's scar, violin plays, someone knocks on the door -- a woman 'you're really hard to kill' Nimra, cohort -- the Magistrate from Varinthar Orion Valcrest got body-snatched, western edge of protectorate, drifters may be part of the Veiled Choir -- something about the fog, Quiet Court keeps reflection steady -- 'Quiet Court keeps balance' they might have control, the Glass Right - Kortann Glassworks - other Kortann makes mirrors

we sneak around the Kortann Glassworks, trying to best understand a method of stealthy entry. upon entry, we discovery that the Quiet Court does not actually exist and is merely a shadow group that the Nachtshade Assembly developed to have the appearance of some modicum of decorum. I got a cloak that called to me-pretty neat, and warm in this weather. the nachtshade assembly uses magical means to siphon the lifeforce from people to turn them into their dull puppets--this is what they did to the magistrate. these shapeshifters steal the life out of others to make their own playthings for their own political gain. reminds me of tales i heard of the ebon hand. reminds me of life in the O. wretched, vile creatures, taking on forms that do not belong to them. we found the glassworks, and a worker possessed by a demon. the demon escaped, the worker perished, but not before giving cipher a ring. he also told us that the 'mirrored queen' (?) in Breythalen may have more answers for us. we must decide if we travel to her or to Gelnara and the magistrate next.

ryo is a strange type of shapeshifter. he has two shapes, yet both of them are distinctly him. if anything, he is the true shapeshifter; the rest should be called face-stealers, or something of a similar nature.

we travel to Verrinthar. magistrate was cold and efficient even before switch. staying at the Plough and Mirror under Master Farin. Magistrate Valcrest shut down trade routes that benefit an unknown shipping syndicate. people have been disappeared for petty crime. deputy of magistrate ate 'shityourself' chocolate, gave key to Nachtshade agent. old millhouse outside of city is being decommissioned by magistrate, original valcrest had ties to that mill in old river district, we will investigate. hugh mcmann made rumors, Nachtshade assembly has been alerted (shit) so we must act quickly

we spend too long deciding how to get in. we decide--altogether--to do nonlethally take out the mercenaries. Erynn loses control and kills both targets. I cannot trust her to follow through on a plan when things start to go poorly. there is a reason we have plans. Erynn is a whirlwind of blades that I can no longer trust. i am less upset that they are both dead, but moreso that Erynn did not listen to the party's decision. i was on the side of just killing them, but most of the Rookery wanted to spare them. So, when I fought, I worked to spare them. Erynn ignored those wishes. what else will she ignore when the fray beckons? and who holds her leash?

We found Valcrest's decimated corpse, his coat and signet ring. reflection ritual happening downstairs, fought the ritualists and stabilized the crystal. crystal must be restabilized every time Valcrest's reflection sees its own reflection in a mirror. Cipher can summon a giant hammer and do a lot of damage with it. it was very. good.

we take Valcrest's signet ring for proof. we return to the inn, not knowing what path to take next. at the hotel, i confront Erynn. she was afraid, but i tried to convince her to trust the Rookery. i offended Ryo Yurrigoji by calling him a shapeshifter. Erynn has a master that she cannot speak of. she is losing her emotions, Cipher found a magical effect over her. Erynn has romantic or sexual feelings towards Ryo; Ryo is oblivious. I explained reproduction and recreational sex to Cipher because it was getting to be too much and she was not understanding what we were talking about. I do not think she entirely understands the concept. The prepared talk I had fell through fairly quickly with all of her questions. If she has anymore, I need to make sure the answers are straightforward. Hugh McMann's rumors were quite successful and roused an insurrection amongst the people. haha. oops. Cipher bought the tavern, the Plough and Mirror, from Master Farin. We were chased by the Nachtshade Assembly to the magistrate's doorstep.

Cipher convinces the guards to let us pass to the false magistrate with her charm and the signet ring. the captain of the guard leads us to the magistrate, who becomes monstrous and attack us. Cipher destroys him with her imaginary hammer. (very good) The captain is now temporary magistrate, the archives were burned by remnants of the Nachtshade Assembly, we found help for the P&M. we get a letter requesting audience with the prince from the regent magistrate, as well as a written proof that she also witnessed the false magistrate and that we're trustworthy.

The O is here. They attacked a group of doppelganger merchants and left their mark. Master's mark, the coin with that damn broken chain.

I really loved being with these people. I love being Viola Ta'Rohj. But if Illiago is here, then i fear for the worst, for myself, my party, and you.

we learn Greeble was once a little gnome boy named Gabriel, and that his father used him in some sort of fey deal, hurt him, and the fey turned him into a leshy to sculpt him into their perfect champion. He can also create hot springs now. We discussed some of Cipher's past, how she traveled to escape her creator. She keeps paintings in her mind of things that are important to her. I wonder how she paints me? Corynn and I create a writ allowing us to enter Gelnara with no search or mirrors required. The storm matched documents detailing trade, which is odd, but definitely not a 'today' problem.

I tell them everything about my past. About my work as Master Illiago's 'Little Mask.' About what I did to Antoine and Feona. About my assassinations and heists. They seemed to think it was not my fault. Maybe it is true, and I was manipulated into doing the terrible things; it does not change that I did them. Ryo is distrustful of me--I think he is the only one of the Rookery with an ounce of sense. He also got the closest to you, wondering why I finally left. Nobody knows about you, and I intend to keep it that way. I only told them as much as they needed to be safe. I will never risk your safety.

I hope we are able to save Dmitri. He is young and his mind has been warped just as mine was. I left him. He is my deepest regret. A more naive part of me thinks that he'd love you. A part of me that the Rookery had fed. Maybe you will meet one day, and we can be happy, together, away from the O.

My love. With the Rookery by my side, I promise you, we will destroy any threat to your safety from the O. Even if it should cost my life or my freedom, you will be safe from the monsters that sculpted me.

Ryo Yurrigoji meets other kitsune, but they are different from the ones he remembered, as though he expected everyone of one race to do exactly what they were made for forever with no deviation or desire to be anything else. Yeah, i took it too personally but i don't really care. He should have expected time to move on without him. Erynn said that I should have empathy, that this is what he dreams of when he goes to bed, and it didn't wind up as he expected. When I go to bed, I think of you. And I know that you will not be as excited to see me as I am of you. I know that you... you'll hate me, or worse, not even think about me. I have reasonable expectations. So should he.

Anyways, we arrive in Gelnara and search for a place to stay.

We find Erynn's master, Obridiah Suun. He's a magical salesperson with a larger-than-life personality, but I distrust him greatly, as does the rest of the Rookery, aside from Erynn. He is using her as a magical experiment; Cipher and I first-hand know what that is like. I firsthand know how amazing it feels to be singled out for being special and being good enough to handle bigger and more magical experiments. I was the lynchpin of Illiago's doppel project. He doesn't allow her to talk to anyone else about their deal (sus), and he immediately fixed her of her drained emotions as soon as she arrived (double sus). I will be surprised if this man turns out to be an ally.

went to the library. got lots of information. Yrrgoji Clan are merchants, scholars, spent 150 years in hiding (4-5 generations) and rapidly acclimated to Taevor. History got lost, Shinta Clan also survived. Many deities of secrets and regrets--> Olvora, the fetchling god of secrets, hides painful truths, could be related to the Assembly. Inariel, the weeping mask, doppels worship her sometimes. Cipher's creator practiced phenomancy, stopped the blood orcs 1050 years ago. Name is Aurick Faeora-Ul'Drishyn, experimented on Morphon Collective, obsessed with living forever, wanted to make copies of self.

Cipher is upset by the fact that they were made by someone who was evil. I understand the sentiment. I wish I could help them, but I don't even know how to help myself through those thoughts. Cipher is someone beautiful and kind. She created herself, no matter who "He" wanted her to be.

Corynn and Prasaad finally talked. Erynn is a bit overprotective of him, but Corynn took accountability. Corynn accidentally sent a letter to Prasaad telling him that he died and he felt deeply for him.

I told the Rookery about you last night. It was a moment of weakness. Why I don't like to drink. But Cipher was looking at me with those eyes and had asked earlier if we were keeping any secrets and she wanted to help me and... as if I could deny her anything.

They all said that I succeeded. I saved you. I hope so. I hope you are loved, and you know I love you. You won't know why I abandoned you for three more years, unless you've already opened the letter. Gabriel told me that I was a good mom. I'm trying my best. I ache to see you grow up. I know I was only 18, but you truly are the first thing I can be proud of.

Cipher offered to use their magic to try to find you. I refused. I want to, more than anything, see you, see how you're growing, a strange little girl in a strange land, but I cannot. If I know, then I could somehow tell the O. I already worry that by just speaking your existence out into the world, they could find out about you.

We went to the Gossamer Thread to be fitted. Turns out the seamsters there know more about the Nachtshade Assembly and the coup than we originally thought. We were able to get good information, including a list of who would be there. Aurick, Cipher's creator, will be in attendance, as well as a certain Dmitri Everhund and a 'Anarivyss' Everhund. Not one of Avamar's sisters. I don't know who she may be, it is not one of Mother or Father's names. Could she be an actual dark elf? Is Mitya on official O business? Is he helping a different faction? Why is he here?

Cipher asked about 'Odessa,' and the next day I find out Mitya is in town. Cipher, who has been nothing but kind and hopeful and perfect. Too good to be true. Why would a good person like her care about a vicious animal like me? And like the violent dog I am, I bit. I snapped at the hand that has been only sweet and soft to me--why? Because I do not deserve it? Because I know I don't deserve good things and feel wrong with them near me?

I snapped at Cipher. And they asked what they did wrong. I messed up, and they thought it was them. I asked her to promise me that she will stay the good person she is. I don't think i could handle if she betrayed this trust. I prepare for all outcomes. If anyone in the Rookery is a traitor, I will be heartbroken, but with cipher, I will be devastated and I don't understand why. Cipher said it is because we are friends. I hope I'm a good friend.

We fooled local Nachtshade agents into leaving the Anati at the Gossamer thread alone, and in return, we get access to all of their information, plus a 20% discount on their goods. I think we should next investigate Aldric Vane, the consultant who ordered the outfits. We should also look into the mysterious sicknesses plaguing the nobility who were originally seated next to the Prince. If we can prove foul play in his own court, it may make our audience with the Prince go smoother.

We do more research about the people who the Nachtshade Assembly have 'disappeared.' Erynn and I do B&E, find an amendment forged with no legal basis for assembly in Gelnara, and why the Cipher-keeper was taken. We rescue Ambassador Ysolde from her holding. We find Marshal Corvyn and Countess Miravel's locations; we plan to rescue them tomorrow and go to the Prince with the information we have about the forged amendment and the captured nobility.

We scout best routes between Marshal and Countess and Obradiah. Unfortunately, the twins made a fairly convincing argument to utilize Obradiah as a merchant introduction to the prince to fly under the noses of the assembly. I am irate, as I trust him as far as I can throw him, but i must concede that it is in his best interest for the realm to stay alive. We will enter the palace as merchants with Obradiah. We speak with Ysolde, who agrees we should act as soon as possible. We drop her off with Obradiah. We rescue the Marshal successfully. Puking spider kid makes a distraction, mvp. We successfully rescue the Countess. We successfully rescue the Marshal. Cipher finds a family of Anati; I promise her that we will return for them once we tell the Prince of the coup. I hate making promises, but I will make promises for Cipher.

We tell the Prince and his wife-to-be of the plot. We do reconnaissance around the palace to find a way to sneak the royal couple out. We befriend the kitchen staff. We have lunch with the royals and fuckin Mitya. He's here with his wife, Anaravyss Everhund. This is so fucked up.

Cipher and I confront our pasts. Auric is a cruel, egotistical scientist. He made Anaravyss to become a puppet for Mitya. He is anti-woman now, which is very brave of him. He has clear abandonment issues and plans to overthrow Eternan matriarchy with Avamar. I am disappointed, I really thought he could be something better. Auric said that Cipher is not real. He has no clue what he has made. I will kill him for planting that seed of doubt in Cipher's head. Anaravyss has the same training as me, there are likely signs that she was made with the copious amounts of my genetic material that Illiago has.

I speak with Cipher about their journal. They say they are unsure if they love me. I realize what I feel for them as soon as they say. We need to talk more tomorrow morning.

The symposium took the Queen in her sleep. We must rescue her.

we chase leads across the palace. senator Draeth is a traitor, as is the apothecary apprentice Vareth. Elise helps us; she is killed by the party that kidnapped the queen. We find and kill the lackeys who stole her away but are still faced with the two worst.

we defeat the two other kidnappers. Erynn almost dies. Ryo and Bolgra arrive to help. we kill the kidnappers. Erynn gets very touchy-feely with the group, kisses Ryo. Cipher holds my hand; i tell her we should continue our discussion from last night. the wedding goes off without a hitch, the rest of the coup gets cut down. however, velshadrel is beginning to seep into our realm over Tukbradek.

erynn gets a mechanical multiplanar sending stone from Ryo. cipher and i discuss; i tell her that i'd one day like to be with you and her in a faraway place. I worry about her, she cares so deeply for everything; it must take a huge toll on her. I am sent to help interrogate the traitor senators. Senior Investigator Tomi does not want it to get violent, which is against my training. We know the location of a second anchor. we must set up an expedition to go disrupt the anchor. Dalt Ferrow was an informant for the Circle.

Cipher makes me coffee and breakfast. The coffee...was prepared with love, I could tell. We prepare for the expedition. There is a group of spider people that hate shapeshifters and will be likely coming to hunt the Rookery bc I am a shapeshifter. They do not know that it is specifically me, but that Hugh Mann has a connection to the Rookery. A mysterious court group offered us a large lump sum to allow them to travel with us; we refused, and the Queen will look into them. I brought Imiru to Cipher; she is now coming along on our expedition.

travel days -- glass swords from duskreach. Hollin's Road has 'the bleed' and can effect people and make them fade away. we arrive at our destination, only one skirmish with the assembly. assembly has some intel from Gelnara outpost.
