The Prefekt-Baron, or Prefekt-Kommando, was an Imperial Kommando leader who held bioresonant capabilities even grander than that of a Falke unit-- capable of materializing items into existence to help further himself and his squadron of Genossen. He and the Kommandos would later take over The Imperial Sector in its entirety, kicking out the occupying Imperial cultists and claiming the territory for themselves. It would go on to be used as their main base of operations before being raided by Cantor-13's forces, eventually resulting in its complete abandonment as the Kommandos transition into using Cantor-13's labyrinthine tunnel systems as their new base going forward.
The Kommandos received a plethora of resistance from the combined effort of the Volksmilitar and C13 Protektorate, however they appeared to be no match for the Baron and his bioresonant power alone-- rendering not even bullets to be capable of even leaving a scratch. However, even despite this grand power, the tunnel systems would eventually be fully taken over by Cantor-13 personnel with some of their own being killed in the process. The Imperial Sector would soon be fully under National control when all was said and done, to the behest of the Baron and his remaining Kommando squadron.
The Kommandos would go in hiding for a short while as the sector was taken over, with some flesh monsters roaming throughout after the metaphorical dinner bells had already been rung from incessant gunfire that lasted for a week straight.

The Baron would later retaliate against Cantor-13 and their efforts, having bombed the Hangar Bay utilizing a satchel charge on their maintenance access hatch. A civil war had been sparked once more, with the Kommandos and the Baron being consistent enemies with C-13 staff. The Baron himself constantly spoke and probed into the minds of Cantor personnel, trying his best to cause some kind of defection to his own cause. It would later lead to some personnel turning the other cheek and attempting to run into the arms of the Empire, with an ARAR and EULR having been taken into the fold after they were convinced to join what they thought was the right side of the war.
As a result of this act of terror however, the Baron and his Kommandos would soon be raided once again by a gaggle of angry Volksmilitar, Protektorate, and civilian personnel-- trying their best to do as much damage as they possibly could to push back the Kommandos once and for all.
In the middle of this civil war though, ADLR-C1302 and a Taube by the name of Evelyn would eventually be taken and kidnapped during the initial bombing. In the background, they were taken into the Baron's private quarters and heavily experimented on using bioresonance modules-- turning the Adler into a bioresonant hybrid while the Taube was Gestaltified in such a horrifying and gruesome way. The laboratory containing these experiments would later be found by a joint-raid from the Volksmilitar and Protektorate, but the Adler and Taube were yet to be found.

Soon, continued raid efforts rendered the Kommandos to have to disband and turn nomadic. Enough damage had been committed, along with the retrieval of kidnapped subjects and a plethora of resources that would go on to be used against the Baron and his own cronies. The Kommandos would suffer heavy losses, with many of them splintering off from the main group to fulfill their duties on their own accord. The Baron was left to his lonesome, where he would eventually be confronted in the Aft Hangar neighboring the deeper, inhabited end of Cantor-13.

A massive firefight ensued, in which the Baron utilized several kidnapped subjects, including Oberleutnant Sigrun Sikong, Evelyn the Taube, and ADLR-C1302 to harness their bioresonant powers to fuel his own-- resulting in a long, drawn-out fight between himself and Cantor-13. Ultimately, Sigrun Sikong would use the Key of Sacrifice tossed by ADLR-C1302 mid-air; making a deal with some kind of bioresonant entity as long as the Baron was promised to be killed as a result. Suddenly, the Baron would disappear, Sigrun Sikong would collapse, and so would all of the other bioresonant subjects in the arena.
The Baron appeared to have finally been slain. Sigrun Sikong, the Taube, Adler, and KLBR-02 'Kreuz' would remain in the facility's I.C.U for several cycles-- struggling to survive and break past some kind of bioresonant illness. All of them, except for Sigrun Sikong, would end up living and recovering to functional states. Sikong on the other hand would go a month in a comatose state, before eventually waking up and appearing to be healthy once again.
