Hates Pirates but will use them as needed to further his ends.
Summary
I. Set a group of Pirates after the Horn of Poseidon and is still trying to retrieve it and kill the pirates that stole it. Searching for The Ghost of Tigereye (Sloop) in particular. (note: they have a new paint job so he didn't recognize it)
II. Led the cursed voyage to Carlitos's Rest in Summer 1715 June 19th/HM Bill/To Hook a Governor. Sent 300 sailors to their deaths, and executed his admiral.
Is now convinced that this is the location of the fountain of youth, but his troops are too weak and/or cowardly to conquer the island. III. Killed offscreen during revolution at Havana.
