Cernos, God of the Wilds, keeper of the wood and shaper of beasts, is a neutral, nature aligned God. He is associated with the deep green of the forest, and all manner of beasts. He is associated with both life and death, and representative of their cycles. He is known as the Huntsman, and common folk often call upon him for blessings of fortune on their hunts, or seeking protection from the wilderness.
He is depicted as a wizened old man, sometimes with some beastlike features, such as a pair of antlers upon his head, or hooves.
His symbols are the tree trunks, fallen leaves, a bearded stag, the bow and arrow, or a pair of antlers.
