The largest and most aggressive of the dragons, the Red Dragons ruby Scales help them focus on raw firepower, in a literal sense as they channel their magic into an intense fire that can melt even steel into slag. They lay claim to the mountaintops, often seen as the most common type of dragon due to their active nature. They must be seen as the strongest in the land, they burn and slaughter all other creatures nearby their lair until they are the undisputable leader. They adore sycophant's, almost always having a clan of kobolds or even dragonborn serving them in their lair.
A red dragons lair is a cave, stone melted into lava with flame and shaped into elaborate sculptures. Here they will store their hoard, they adore shiny and rich objects, which they will embed within the stone, making them all but impossible to steal. Others they will leave open, a taunt to thieves who they will slowly push into the hot stone when they are caught.

At the end of each of its turns the dragon may roll a d6, on a 5 or 6 the dragon will be able to use its breath weapon as an action on their next turn . This is clear to all who view it that the dragon is preparing its breath weapon.
Broiling Aura: While the red dragon has it's breath weapon charged a flame radiates out. Any creatures close to the dragon must cower and lose their turn or take 1d8 damage from the heat.
