This cirque was created by Xoe Yizuko for Esther Bishop.
Weapon (chakram), martial weapon, melee weapon, 2d4 force damage, finesse, light, returning, thrown (20/60 ft.), rare (requires attunement)
This cirque was forged by Xoe Yizuko and is infused with planar energy. The cirque's combined form can be thrown like a chakram, and it can split into two short melee blades which count as separate weapons for the purpose of dual wielding. When split, the two blades cannot be moved more than 10 ft. away from each other and are pulled back together.
You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. On a hit, you do force damage with this weapon instead of its usual slashing.
Finesse. When making an attack with this weapon, use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
Light. When you take the Attack action on your turn and attack with one of the split weapons, you can make one extra attack as a Bonus Action later on the same turn. That extra attack must be made with the other paired weapon, and you don't add your ability modifier to the extra attack's damage unless that modifier is negative.
Returning. Immediately after hitting or missing with a ranged attack with this weapon, the weapon flies back to your hand. If you do not have a free hand, it lands in an unoccupied space within 5 feet of you.
Thrown. You can throw this weapon to make a ranged attack, and you can draw or combine the weapon as part of the attack. Use the same ability modifier for the attack and damage rolls that you use for a melee attack with the weapon.
Mastery: Nick. When you make the extra attack of the Light property, you can make it as part of the Attack action instead of as a Bonus Action. You can make this extra attack only once per turn.
