There are additional base weapons available in Abmarah beyond the traditional D&D 5e list of weapons, based on native weapons from different areas of the world.
These new base weapons are listed here, and have magical variants referring back to them. All of these are also available in +1, +2, and +3 magical variants which are not otherwise listed. DMs can choose to apply other magical properties from other variant magical weapons onto these base weapons at their discretion.

Chakrams are circular blades from the Kav'orra Desert with a diameter of 4 to 12 inches. They are generally used as throwing weapons but can also be used in melee range. Due to their sharp outer edge, chakrams require years of training to use properly, with experts able to even spin them around their fingers.
Gadas are blunt maces traditionally made out of wood or metal. They are heavily used in martial art practices in the Kav’orra especially by wrestlers who use them during their training exercises.
Greatbows, also known as War Bows, are exceptionally large longbows that are as tall as 6 ft. or taller. They are often used from a kneeling position or from horseback, but large creatures or tall humanoids can sometimes use them while standing. They require great strength to be able to use.

Talwars are curved sabres native to Eqos that are less curved than a typical scimitar. They are by far the most common and ubiquitous swords in the deserts, used by guards, soldiers, and mercenaries alike. More curved talwars are often called Shamshirs or Pulwars.
Teghas are curved greatswords that look like larger talwars. They are intimidating weapons that are often used by executioners in the Kav'orra Desert. While mostly similar to greatswords, the curved design allows for better cleaving than the straight blades would allow.
