Snugs has been traveling around for since he was young. Always getting himself into trouble but always managing to talk or fight his way out of it. He traded and swindled his way through life, venturing from town to town. He has had many things in his possession but most of it he will trade away at some point. However two things he never traded away, one is a bracelet that has a beautiful gem to decorate it. After he acquired it, he managed to get himself out of some serious trouble so he calls it his ‘lucky bracelet’ and never took it of afterwards. The other thing is a reasonable collection of candles.

Snugs loves candles and has given himself the goal to collect as many different kinds of candles. He already has a few in his collection but heard from one that he so far never managed to find. A candle that can burn underwater. He is fascinated by the idea, partially because he finds it hard to believe. After all, every candle he tried to put underwater went out. Eventually he found himself a place in a tavern/bar that a fellow kobold started. Will he be able to get more candles? Nobody take candle, all candles for Snugs!
