Thalga Fyreward was born under the blazing sun near the edges of Concordia in the Dwarven stronghold of Sâdbarad. This harsh environment, where survival was once daily struggle, forged Thalga's indomitable spirit and instilled in her a deep respect for the precious resource that sustains all life: Water. One day she received a letter from Costa Del Rugido's Cursebreaker Academy, inviting her to study and perfect her craft, while also asked to improve the Royal Place's gardens... Thalga strives to develop her talents even more, hopefully uncovering knowledge that may undo the desertification for good.

As she grew, Thalga dedicated herself to the study of engineering and natural sciences, focusing particularly on hydrology and the ancient Dwarven techniques of earth manipulation. She pored over dusty tomes and ancient scrolls, learning the secrets of water management and irrigation. Hence, Thalga’s first major invention was a sophisticated network of aqueducts and cisterns that harnessed underground springs and redirected the flow of precious water to the thirsty crops and orchards of Sâdbarad.

Her most groundbreaking achievement, however, was the development of a series of enchanted devices known as the "Shield of the Oasis." These ingenious contraptions combined elemental magic with advanced engineering to create a protective barrier around the cultivated lands, trying to slow the process of the desertification, while also watering the crops. Her inspiration being the powerful Kaledosian Gemspires, Einar's Ice Crystals and some 'borrowed' knowledge from the ruins of Khaz’Darad. This amazing contribution to the irrigation system of Plains of Orange has boosted productivity, growth and trade across all of Concordia. Which has given Thalga quite the status outside of Sâdbarad.

In addition to that, she infused this magic into the most glorious of all her inventions: Her personal armor, designed specifically so she may one day perfect it and bring it to the masses. The armor is nicknamed the "Bulwark of the Oasis"
and is a symbol to the enduring spirit of her people. Thalga's inventions earned her great respect and admiration within her community. Her elders deemed her one of their youngest and greatest.
