Corinthia is the regional capital of western Pallasia and the largest city on the western road, a walled, prosperous river city set on both banks of the water and joined by three stone bridges. Three major roads meet here, and the trade they carry has made it a genuine hub, with a full Guild Accord office, a market where almost anything can be found, a garrison, temples, theaters, and gambling halls. Power sits in the Crown district on the eastern hill; Merchant's Row runs through the commercial heart; the Tangles keep the city awake past dark; and the docks of the River Ward move everything the roads do not. It is the last major city before the frontier, and right now it is dressed for the Harvest Fair, its streets loud with banners and crowds and the carnival camped outside the south gate.
