Thalassia Realms lives from the sea: fishing, shipping, and above all the fleets berthed at Pelagia, where Imperion builds and mans its warships. Its coastal and river towns trade up and down the water while the inland valleys and lakes feed the ports. A few settlements like Dom Pedrito still carry the mark of an old Umbrielle attempt to claim this coast, a reminder that the empire's southern waters haven't always flown Imperion's flag alone. Today Pelagia is the province's heart, and its warships keep those waters Imperion's.
