Alastorm Redfield, also known as the Northern Dragon, is the adoptive father of Laoch Redfield and Cydney Gullis and used to be a part of the crew of the The White Gull before his arrest by the Crimson Empire. A grouchy man, he used three swords as well as magic to fight.
Alastorm was a former noble who ran away from home and decided to join the pirate life. He got popular in the seas and the Ashpits by the name of 'the Northern Dragon' due to his usage of magic and three swords.
In 3E444, the crew of the The White Gull was chased down and sunk in an untimely encounter with the Crimson Navy. He was arrested alongside Phaona Arrands by the Crimson Navy.
He was rescued by his daughter Laoch Redfield in 3E452 from an antimagic prison within the Blood Sea. They escaped to the Plane of Fire and then back to Abmarah, where he also reunited with Niklaus (now Cydney).
He and Phaona decided to lay off being pirates while at Shipwreck City, but still aided Laoch and Cydney in their goals.
