Grannoc was an Anchorite of Magrath that was a minor antagonist during Dragon of Icespire Peak. While initially against the party, he later helped them fight against Cryovain.
As an anchorite, Grannoc fought against the Phanden Four at the Manse. He was captured and interrogated by Velech Coilbone and Ian Hubert, and then taken to Falcon's Lodge.
From there onwards, he spent much of his time chained to the party. He 'helped' them during the orcish seige on Axehold, but his attack ended up killing a friendly dwarf named Norbus Ironrune.
When the party was dragging him up Icespire Peak, he recognised Nevaeh's lycanthrophy and urged the party to kill her. They didn't listen to him, took him up to Icespire Hold regardless. There, he helped them fight against Cryovain.
Later, he became a bridge in between the humans and the orcs, trying to find a tenuous peace between the two parties.
