This section introduces a new tier of power that goes beyond the standard levels (1-20). It also explores the unique statuses that often accompany such power, including Divine Origins, and other traits of immortal beings. Epic Levels begin at Level 21 and extend up to Level 50.

Epic Level Specialization A specialized domain, such as Spellcasting or Heavy Melee Weapons, grants a unique Power bonus for every 10 levels of Mastery above Level 20. This power can be either Martial or Arcane and is reflected in additional Core Dice. For example, a Level 50 character specialized in Heavy Melee Weapons can roll 4D20 when wielding a Claymore. Each character may only choose 1 Specialization.

Epic Grit Grit increases by 5 Points for every Level above 20.

Ashborn Ashborn are creatures of dual nature. They possess two forms: one of Silence and one of Power. These forms alternate between discretion for survival and strength for dominance, often accompanied by a physical transformation. The most well-known example of the Ashborn are Morgeth’s bloodline, who shapeshift between dragon and humanoid forms. Ashborn creatures tap into unique abilities according to the form they assume.

Berserker Berserkers are creatures possessed by a spirit of rage. When consumed by this fury, they become extremely violent and often lose the ability to distinguish friend from foe. While in a berserk state, their Grit is tripled.

Divine Favor Certain individuals were favored by deities, whether Luvar or Amar, often through romantic relationships or similar connections. This Divine Favor significantly enhances the mortal’s abilities, granting a bonus of +100 Grit and +1 to all Attributes.

Eldan Origin The Eldan, the first children of the Sentinel, were mortals of noble lineage, elevated by their close connection to the great creator. Having an Eldan origin grants a bonus of +100 Grit Points and +1 to all Attributes.

Divine Origin Certain individuals born of a Luvar or Amar become Lahar or attain another divine rank. Such characters gain an additional bonus of +100 Grit and +1 to all Attributes. The power of Divine Origin may diminish with each generation, resulting in proportionally smaller benefits.

Divine Nature Characters of Divine Nature are either gods themselves or direct descendants of Amar, who are often born as Amar as well. This rare blessing grants a bonus of +300 Grit, +2 to all Attributes, and the ability to be reborn within 1D20 days after death. Additionally, characters of Divine Nature can draw immense strength from the faith of their followers. These powers however are not accessible at the beginning of their journey. Until they master their strength they can channel this energy to significantly amplify their power, gaining an additional bonus of 5.000 Grit Points and +6D20 Power (applied to either sword or Arcane Power as appropriate).
