Appeasing the Gods

Appeasing the Gods

One of the most common customs of every person, regardless of race or nationality, is to make contributions to a God. Since the beginning of time, all peoples made offerings or sacrifices to the Gods, and none of the Gods were ever immune to flattery.

Appeasing the Gods is a way for mortals to gain their favor before an important quest, expedition, or heroic endeavor. By making an offering, mortals submit themselves to the will of the Gods and hope for their approval, blessing, and assistance.

Each God is given different offerings, as mortals have always associated various Gods with different concepts. Mortals try to appease certain Gods with specific rituals, according to the task at hand. The following mechanics provide information on how to connect such rituals with divine rewards, offering an immersive gameplay experience.

Requirement: All rituals below require the Religion Skill.
