Pickled 'Peg-Leg' Pete is a NPC that was a part of the crew of the Phoenix Nebula. He was the ship's Quartermaster.
Biography
Pete grew up a pirate in the Blood Sea, but eventually settled down and married a woman on the Aurian mainland within the Crimson Empire. After many decades with his wife, after her untimely death Pete wanted to go back out to the sea proper.
In 3E450, he boarded the merchant ship the Teal Star towards Port Cinoh. There, he met Anlee, Laoch Redfield, Sif, Elise Pearlwynd, and Nyx. They got ambushed by Deeprose pirates and then marooned on Tikius.
From then on, he joined their crew permanently and stuck with them through thick and thin for the rest of the events of Curse of the Blood Sea and beyond.
He lost his right leg during the Siege of Tikius in 3E452, which he then replaced with a peg leg.
