The Excansuyu Alliance, also known as the Alliance of the Three Lands, or most commonly known as The Xeycahiti Alliance is a confederation of three city-states and their lands in and around the island of Xeycahiti. The three city states that make up the Alliance are Tletetitlan, Waiomao, and Ariqqu.
These three city-state regions make up the alliance, each with their own different cultures and differing languages. They were brought together not out of kinship but due to external influences like the Aethian Dominion and the Lunar Collective that they needed to band together to stand against. The Alliance has mandated Sigmism as the state religion across their shared lands, although Aethian Triadism and Varkaniyyah have a considerable influence on the region due to trade and encroachment.
