The Republic of Xī-Dì (熙地共和国) is a great nation in southern Eteru, and is said to be the first true parliamentary democracy of Abmarah. The first people's republic on the planet, ministers are voted in via elections held every five years. They speak Xiuhua, a fictional language based on real-world Mandarin and Cantonese.
It replaced an ancient tradition of monarchies and dynasties that have held power in the Xoenni Peninsula, following the fall of Great Xing in the Rose Jade Revolution of 3E382.
Their flag has the Xing-Pink Flower on it, a pink flower abundant in the region. It replaced the rose symbol of Great Xing, representing the common people instead of the nobility.
