Appal (ᛆᛕᛕᛆᛚ) is a city on the coast of Teer within the High Kingdom of Jørdheim.

The city celebrates the spring festival of Seedfey as "Honningfest", in which the Jarl of the House of Honningar ritually seeds the land with flowers and they burn a straw effigy of the lord of winter, Járni.

During the events of Cloud Maiden's Blight's in 3E230, Appal became home to Teer's first Department of Dungeons guildhouse.
