Apotheosis "Theo" el-Sallah is one of the members of the Six Reasons Why and was a celestial cat familiar who became 'real' through a starwoken ritual. Theo joined the party later on during Beneath the Scarlet Spires Chapter 3.
Biography
Early Life
Najmi el-Sallah was a woman of makheti descent who grew up in Kasaaq. She was a member of the Kav'orran Archaeological Survey, the biggest archaeological society in the western continent of Eqos. She had long been a follower of Saedevi, the goddess of the stars, and had been looking into ancient makheti ruins all her life. However, she moved across the world to the city of Sombus to work on behalf of the KAS with the Sombus Archaeological Society as a liaison in-between the two archaeological societies. For the past 7 years, she spent some years in Sombus, some in Kasaaq, and back.
In 4E006, Najmi learned the Find Familiar spell and summoned a cat-celestial spirit familiar to help her in her work, primarily as a lucky cat. Throughout the journeys, the two became very close, to the point that Najmi wanted to keep the familiar around without needing to burn so much magic casting the spell every day. Through her research into ancient makheti ruins, she found an ancient ritual dedicated to the former goddess of the stars, Serenox.
As a devout follower of Saedevi, she waited for the syzygy of the three moons above the desert in 4E009 to perform the ritual. While the makheti wizards used the conjunction of the moons to focus the starlight into themselves, Najmi instead focused the starlight into her familiar, turning it into a slightly odd but very real feline. Realizing that this cat was a "Starwoken" of old legends and held the powers of the stars within themselves, she named the cat "Apotheosis", or "Theo" for short. Her research into the "Starwoken" revealed that the old starwoken wizards were followers and champions of Serenox, mostly drow and moon-elves who were given the blessing of the stars.
Then on, the two became an inseparable duo. Najmi worked with Theo at KAS working as her subtle partner, learning and deciphering ancient languages, sitting in on meetings and dealings covertly, and listening in on conversations while Najmi was away. Naturally, Theo went along with Najmi to Sombus and back numerous times and stayed in the city for many years in Najmi's apartment with her. Theo channels the power of Saedevi innately as a starwoken, in some ways similar to a divine sorcerer due to their celestial origin.

In 4E016, Theo accompanied Najmi in bringing the sarcophagus of Wakhotep to Sombus via ship. The sarcophagus was set to be displayed in the exhibition and then in the museum for five years before being sent back, but now that might have been expedited after the cultist attack on the sarcophagus. While Theo wasn't present at the attack themselves, Najmi was and filled Theo in on the situation including the fact that a party known as the "Six Reasons Why" saved the day and many guests including her. Theo's spent much of the time they weren't trailing beside Najmi lounging in the exhibit room, keeping watch in case another attack transpired.
Timeline
4E006 - Theo is first summoned using the Find Familiar spell by Najmi el-Sallah.
4E009 - Najmi gives Theo a physical form as a starwoken under the syzygy of the three moons in Kasaaq.
4E016 - Theo gets involved in the events of Beneath the Scarlet Spires after the death of Najmi.
