The Birth of Vitallia

Long ago, a lifeless rock drifted through the void of Radrum. Then came the Meteor—a blazing shard of cosmic power that struck the dead world and breathed life into it. Mountains rose, oceans flooded, forests bloomed. At the very point of impact, a vast Crater formed—the beating Heart of the newborn planet. From its core radiated an overwhelming energy that spilled across dimensions, a siren call to the restless and the exiled.

The first three visitors were women.

  • Theanivar, called “The Guide”

  • Shyrune, exiled goddess of the Pantheon

  • Mora, her defiant daughter

They wandered the untouched paradise, awed by its beauty and the promise of a new beginning. For years they lived in peace—until they discovered the Crater and felt the irresistible pull of the power sleeping beneath.

Mora hungered for it. Theanivar cautioned restraint. Yet even the Guide could not resist the call.

Deep beneath the earth they found the source sealed behind an unbreakable shell of Amber—the planet’s own immune system. No spell, no blade could pierce it. So Shyrune summoned Kargor the Smith, mightiest of all craftsmen. Driven by the same lure, Kargor unleashed his full strength and sorcery in a cataclysmic explosion that cracked the world open. Rivers of liquid fire—pure magical essence—erupted from the wound.

To brave the inferno, they called Igrais the Flame-Walker. She descended alone into the burning heart.

For one full year Igrais walked through walls of flame. She passed countless Amber bubbles suspended in the blaze—womb-like prisons containing the silhouettes of monsters yet unborn. The deeper she went, the larger the bubbles grew, until titanic shadows stirred within. At the very bottom she found a living wall of warm, pulsing flesh. Desperate to reach the source, she struck it with a torrent of fire.

The planet screamed.

The wall ruptured. Amber bubbles burst by the thousands. Monsters—some small, some colossal—awakened and surged upward alongside the terrified Flame-Walker.

When Igrais emerged, the sky bled fire. Oceans boiled. Winds howled like the dying. From the heart of the Crater rose The Sentinel—a living colossus one hundred meters tall, forged of fire, stone, storm, and root. Its blood was the meteor’s power, and its rage was absolute.

For months the intruders hid while the Sentinel hunted them, hurling thunder and flame. Kargor forged the great shield Kalar to protect their flight. Only when new invaders—gods and armies from across the cosmos—poured into Vitallia did the Sentinel turn its wrath outward.

Thus began the Great War.

The gods had come for the meteor’s essence.
The Sentinel would let none claim its heart.

Summary

The gods arrived on Vitallia, a virgin world freshly birthed by a meteor’s impact. The meteor’s boundless energy, rooted deep within the planet’s core, drew them like moths to flame—and awakened the living guardian that would fight to keep it.
