Port Philin, also known as Ko Philin (the name of the island itself) is a merchant town with eastern aesthetics, known for its taverns and casinos in 'the Copper House'. While the city is rich from this trade, the poorer citizens live outside the main walls in Dogtown. Its incredibly defensive position within Philin Bay along with its many watchtowers and Fort Rawan to the west has made it that much safer from pirates than other towns. Recently, the free island was brought under control of the Crimson Empire.

On the west coast of Ko Philin is a small town called Rawan Town, which was formed around the dock of the titular Fort Rawan. Crimson forces have taken over Fort Rawan, and use it as their base of operations on the island.
