On the west coast of Ko Philin island is a small town called Rawan Town, which was formed around the dock of the titular Fort Rawan. Crimson forces have taken over Fort Rawan, and use it as their base of operations on the island. The colonizers prefer to call both the fort and the town "Fort Raven".
