The city of Alverona is one of the most beautiful cities this side of the world. With the scenic views, the sunny shores and the pleasant sea breeze, it is situated on the mouth of the Etasch River opposite the Terrosi city of Etabrück.

Beneath the charming exterior, crime families and gangs thrive. A delicate peace is kept amidst the families and the lawmen. And yet, the situation is not so black and white. Despite resorting to less than legal means of making money, some of these families seem to stick to this strange moral code. Much of their earnings go to the needy and their fights are often against the corrupt.

One such family is the Silvestri Family. Of particular note is the Zappoli Squad, the protagonists of the Storm at the Shores mini-campaign.
