After the crew of the Phoenix Nebula got their hands on a meteorite made of Arkaan, the artificer Yizuko Xoe forged a scimitar from it for Laoch Redfield.
Later in their journey, the scimitar was atomized and remade entirely by the creator god Vertum, giving it his blessing. It has since become a divine artifact because of this.
