St. Arbalsburg (Санкт-Aрбалбург) is a small city within the Cinder Steppe nestled in the foothills of the Kosmosi Mountains. Formerly known as Giranigrad, it was renamed to honor St. Arbal, a revolutionary figure from the Lunar Revolution who was supposedly born here. The city is said to be a mirror of the town of Moonruin in the Shadowfell.

It has been under the control of House Giranenko for nearly a thousand years, the ancient elven house leading it as kings, governors, and now bolts.

The city houses a magical academy known as the Giranyy Mahichnyy Akademiya (GIMA).
