An ancient space station from the first era, it remains in orbit of Alphyth to this day. It was built during the Omniborn Crisis by the high elves of the Imperium Alvanum Aeternum, under the orders of Pontiff Caelor III.

Built to hold prisoners, this maximum security prison was abandoned after the cataclysm, but it remains in use by Illithid captors.
