Sutinkivka ("Twilight Sanctuary") is a small village high up in the Kosmosi Mountains consisting of the former members of the Sabatcieni. These goblins, ogres, shadow-elves, and other 'undesired' peoples hid away in the Underdark for centuries, before their new leader Ilya of the Darklight Crusaders saved the world from the The Dark Hunt and in return was granted permission from Lunaria to build a new surface-settlement for his people in 3E500.
