Voghnov is a small town within the southern Kosmosi Mountains. It is connected via railroad to the larger cities of Dobuka, St. Arbalsburg, and the town of Neosk.

It is situated in a small valley in between two larger mountains, some ways south of a nameless older settlement of hill dwarves that was destroyed in the first era.
