Night's End is a dark fortress situated deep within the Kosmosi Mountains, almost exactly at the triple border of the Great Kingdom of Terros, the Crimson Empire, and the Lunar Collective. As such, it is considered to fall outside the jurisdiction of the three great powers of Aurial, even though it technically falls within Lunar territory.

The old fortress was constructed by a lich named Kroniika, until her eventual defeat at the hands of the people who would go on to found the Blackreyne Brotherhood. Renaming the fort to Night's End, they made it their headquarters.
