Brill is a central dwarven city within the northern Kosmosi Mountains, serving as a border in between the Kingdom of Førland and the Magocracy of Zaubarovia. The city's location as one of the few paths through the mountains between these nations have made it a point of political tension throughout history.

It has changed political hands many times, and was a central area of conflict especially in the The Great Aurian War. It's also had a lot of rebellions through the ages, including a takeover by iron-cultists during the events of The Iron Heart in 3E467.
