Anoxtasia is the archdevil who rules the eighth layer of the Nine Hells, Letheos. Originally a beholder, she became a mindwitness during the Realmshatter. She aimed to rule a layer of the hells to feed on the memories of mortals, and used the Cometfall as distraction to defeat Kaeha-te-tipua and replace him as an archdevil. It is said that she consumed his memories and left him a maddened husk to wander around Letheos before she transformed it into its current design.
