Troupemaster Seven is an archfey allied to the Unseelie Court. He used to be a devourer of fears and screams, until he realized that joy is a better source of power for him than fear. He founded the Seven's Carnival in 3E326 on Abmarah, and has traveled with the carnival for centuries since.

Seven made pacts with all the leaders of the cities and nations that the carnival passes through to not harm them as he "used to", and only extract a small percentage of joy from all carnival-goers. Seven absorbs an immense amount of joy over the seven years of the carnival, and then disappears back to the Feywild for the eighth break year for some sort of ritual using the collected joy.
