Solism, also known as the Church of the Black Sun, is a new religion followed in northern Eqos. They venerate Sol Sultana, who is considered to be the reborn avatar of the solar primordial Sorya. It was considered to be a cult for hundreds of years, but has found more legitimization in the past century. Many have even begun to see it as a legitimate sect of Aeterism now, a bridge between the Pantheon of Eights and the Primordials. Solar Priests travel the desert and preach about Sol, and the religion has taken root in the ancient city of Dibayad as well as the nearby Kav'orra Desert and Km'mala Peaks.
