Name: Levolur
Race: Mousefolk (Field Mouse Kin)
Age: 34

Levolur is not a birth name but a title, passed to whoever commands the hidden network known as the Good Neighbors. The title itself has become synonymous with the guild’s authority, and few outside the underworld know the true identity of the individual who holds it. The current Levolur is a female mousefolk whose small stature and quiet demeanor conceal one of the sharpest strategic minds operating beneath Llithe’s cities. She was born in the narrow service tunnels beneath Crossing Fields, part of a scattered mousefolk community that survived by navigating the forgotten spaces of human settlements. From childhood she learned how to move unseen, how to listen from behind walls, and how to read the patterns of people far larger than herself. Where others saw walls and locked doors, she saw pathways waiting to be used.

Her rise within the Good Neighbors came not through theft, but through organization. While many guild members excelled at stealth and infiltration, she possessed a rare ability to understand the invisible systems connecting the kingdom’s underworld. She mapped safe passages through the Veil, cataloged smuggling routes that intersected with the thirteen trade roads, and quietly brokered agreements between rival criminal factions who had previously fought over territory. Over time the guild began to rely on her knowledge more than any blade or lockpick. When the previous Levolur vanished during a failed intelligence exchange along the coastal trade routes, the guild faced fragmentation. It was the mousefolk strategist who stepped forward, reorganizing the scattered cells of the Good Neighbors and restoring stability to their network. In recognition of this leadership, the title of Levolur was given to her.

Now as the current Guild Leader of the Good Neighbors, Levolur oversees an intricate web of informants, smugglers, couriers, and infiltrators operating beneath the surface of Llithe’s lawful society. Despite the guild’s reputation, she enforces a strict philosophy that chaos is bad for business. The Good Neighbors avoid destabilizing the kingdom, focusing instead on information brokerage, quiet transport, and problems that require subtle solutions. Her size allows her to move through places others cannot, and rumors claim she has personally walked more of the hidden Veil routes than any living soul. To most of Llithe she remains an invisible figure whose name surfaces only in whispers. But within the underworld one truth is widely understood: if the Good Neighbors are the unseen roads beneath the kingdom, then Levolur is the one who decides where those roads lead.
