A long running business and tradition is the Seven’s Carnival, an annual moving carnival that sets up for one to two weeks in Midsummer through the coastal cities between Eqos and Aurial. It travels from one city to another for a total of seven cities over seven years and then takes a break year. As such, the seven cities each see the carnival come to them once every eight years.
The cycle of the carnival is:
Bækti in the Great Kingdom of Terros
Kasaaq in the Kasaaqi Dynasty
Sergorod in the Lunar Collective
Taltigo in the Lunar Îles Protectorate
Port Cinoh in the Cinoh Shogunate
Jasiv in the Crimson Isles
Sombus in the Crimson Empire
A break year to reorganize
It’s become well known as one of the events that everyone has to see at least once in their lives, as it has formed its own mixed culture surrounding it that invites people from the world over. Although from the Carnival's perspective it is an annual event, for most visitors it is a once in a decade or once in a lifetime experience.
