The Lunar Îles Protectorate comprises of the western half of the Blood Sea, giving it the name of the Lunar Sea. It is a protectorate within the greater of the Lunar Collective.

This protectorate, an archipelago of diverse islands and colonies, stands as a testament to the Collective's commitment to exploration, discovery, and preservation. It has a different culture from the more slavic-inspired Lunar mainland, and has more french aesthetics.

Scattered across the tropical waters of the Lunar Sea, the Îles Protectorate comprises hundreds of islands. From lush, tropical isles with emerald rainforests to rocky cliffs plunging into crystal-clear azure waters, the Lunar Sea is considered relatively more 'civilized' as compared to the Jasivian Sea. The islands are interconnected by a network of shimmering channels and protected coves, perfect for trade and maritime travel.

Colonists from various corners of the Lunar Collective and beyond have made these islands their home, creating a blend of customs, languages, and cuisines. Many of the more restrictive laws of the mainland do not apply to the Protectorate, such as the outlawing of non-triad gods or the need for a magic license.
