Torishu (鳥州) is a small island city within the Cinoh Shogunate. Once a grand city on the edge of the Empire of Cinoh, it used to serve as the trade stop between Cinoh and the Aethian Dominion. After the fall of the empire and rise of the Shogunate, the city deteriorated as trade between the two kingdoms grew less. Most of the buildings in the city are on stilts owing to the tides and frequent flooding.

While still a Cinohan city in the modern day, the city is a shell of its former shelf as most of the funding does not reach it. The city has become a hub for the Yakuza clans away from the main island, and the clans do more for the infrastructure than the shogunate ever did.
