Olymbos is a large city in the middle of the Olymbian Woodlands that are named after it. Built on the banks of the Ezael River, it is an ancient city of Wood Elves and Zielborn, formerly called Olimbus (City of Divine Futures) until the Cometfall.

The city was the largest city of the region until its conquest by the Crimson Empire when it became second to Sombus downstream. Despite being in the middle of the woodlands on the border of the Everswamp, the city's hills are home to rich mines. The city industrialized rapidly in the third era, leading to rapid deforestation around it that was kept somewhat in check by the Wood Elves and druids that lived here.
