Unlike the other cities in the Lunar Sea, Lunarigrad did not start as a free city that came under the Collective. The city is one of the first ones to grow under complete control of the Collective, coming about as a travel stop that grew in response to the construction of Kalkipol as a major port.

The city mostly thrives on domestic trade and fishing. It has become a symbol of unwavering loyalty to the Collective, proving that the Blood Sea can be tamed by the blue flag.
