Canau is geographically a smaller city, but most of the houses are multi-story tall and house way more citizens than you'd think. The city has beautiful vistas of cliffs adorned with bright multicolor houses. The city was essentially owned and led by Countess Fenya Cetrovna, and serves as a major trading port due to its position near the key sealane.

After the events of Curse of the Blood Sea, the city was taken over Count Roonan Deeprose after Cetrovna's mysterious death.

Near the city is the monastery on Firewatch Isle, a small lookout outpost island.

Areas of the city include:

The Docks. The main docks of the city.

The Mansion. The count's gigantic mansion, built by Countess Cetrovna. It also has surrounding upper class mansions of other rich folk.

Featherhall. Main middle-class residential district.

Lady's Bridge. The city center formed around the one major bridge across the river, named after Lady Cetrovna.

Lost Coast. Farming district and shanty town.

Chalkmile. Some houses built into the cliff walls as well as some mines.

Forlorn Road. Some lower class housing, worse outside the walls.
