Zuq'zeen the Mighty is an archfey lich allied to the Unseelie Court. He is the current "Protector of Primerealm", and guards the planes of Abmarah, Feywild, and the Shadowfell from extraplanar threats.

He has served as the protector since the beginning of the first era. During the Omniborn Crisis, he did not aid the gods because for once it was Abmarah invading other planes. The gods punished Zuq'zeen, and tried to kill him for his fey-like commitment to his oath. Zuq'zeen saw his death coming, and rose to become an archfey lich instead. Having been sufficiently punished to death, he outsmarted Jakuna out of a death sentence.

However, he was heavily weakened from his ascension to lichdom, and went to rest in the city of Varkaria. Unfortunately, the city fell to ruin and he was left withering away into a demilich until he was rescued a millennia later in 3E482 by the Krono Krew during the events of Shards of the Empire. He resumed his duties as protector just in time to prevent Shatterrealm from invading Primerealm. Some years later in 3E500, Zuq'zeen refused to aid Abmarah against the Dark Hunt because it was an internal Primerealm invasion.
