The titaness of justice, Jakuna the Lawkeeper, also known as Aetaos or Jakuu, is the de-facto leader of the pantheon in Jakunism and is a part of the triad in Triadism. She has become one of the chief deities worshiped in the modern day as the leader of the celestial realms with her Divine Court in the highest heaven of Araboth.
Her words are binding law among the gods and immortals, and to go against her is to have you hunted and killed. The divine court is hard to approach for mortals and celestials alike, and the bureaucracy often takes eons. Mostly appearing as emotionless, she is known to have both a cold and a warm side at times. Her appearance is heavily debated, some drawing her with many arms without wings, whereas some drawing her to look like a chained and blindfolded angel. Her followers are usually respected as judges and preside over judicial matters, with her temples doubling as courts.
She was created by her parent, Elder Mekalus, alongside her siblings Sigmus, Deltus, Serenox, Moros, as well as all Angels including Krros, Vertum, and Mutrev. Jakuna had three daughters with her brother Sigmus, the titanesses Zodaya, Giratia, and Etermu. She often ends up dealing with malevolent gods like Varkanus in the modern day, and successfully led a celestial war against Krros in the primodial era. Vertum and Krakus are known as her ‘Hands of Justice’ as they are the ones to carry out her will as well as enforce her laws.
She serves as the leader of the pantheon followed in Jakunism and most other faiths that follow the Pantheon of Eights. She is also one of the three gods venerated in the Lunar Triad.
